Testing lets you see how a Wingman agent handles real interactions. Testing works the same way for every agent type.
Use this guide to test a Wingman agent on the desktop app.
Note: Before you begin, copy the link of the task you want to test. In Communication, open the task and click Copy link. Keep the link handy — you'll paste it during the test.
- Go to Settings.
- Select the Wingman icon.
- Select the agent you’d like to test and click Edit.
- Click Test.
- Select New Run.
- Provide a Description and press Enter on your keyboard.
- Paste the Task link in the Task ID field and click Test.
- Use the arrow to open and review the populated results.
Tip: Testing doesn't change the agent's live behavior. To run the same test again after adjusting the agent, click Recreate on the run, and click Save when you're happy with the results.
