Ask a question in plain language

Ask a question the way you'd ask a colleague — in plain language, about anything your business has heard. For example: "What did customers complain about most this month — and why?"

Ask runs a real query on your real interaction data, then iterates, taking a deeper look where the first pass isn't enough. You don't need filters, reports, or a query language.

Every answer is cited

Every answer cites the interactions behind it — the specific calls, emails, and messages that support each claim. You can click through to any cited interaction and verify it yourself, so no answer is something you have to take on trust. If the information isn't there, it tells you so rather than filling the gap with a guess.

How memories are created and stored

Ask draws its answers from Memory — the record of everything your business has heard. Each interaction is kept as a memory: the interaction itself, plus everything Wingman recorded about it.

Memories are created automatically. Every interaction your team handles, across every channel, becomes a memory as it happens — and Wingman reviews it and records its summary, entities, score, and other details onto that memory. Capturing customer data from the interactions themselves.

What is stored, and for how long, is policy-driven. You control retention per traffic type, channel, and jurisdiction, and right-to-be-forgotten is supported natively — so a memory can be removed when it needs to be.
