Ask a question
- Go to Report and select the Ask AI icon.
- In the Type your question… field, enter your question or use a suggested question.
- Select the send icon.
Ask AI answers in the same view. Ask a follow-up to refine the answer or dig deeper—it keeps the context of your current session.
Write effective questions
The more specific your question, the sharper the answer.

| Name the metric or subject. Say what you want—customers, tasks, response time, agent activity—rather than asking in general terms. | How are things going? | Which agents handled the most calls this week? |
