A Reviewer is the Wingman agent that scores your interactions against review dimensions you define and stores the reasoning behind each score. You set it up in the Spinoco desktop app, choose which interactions it runs on, and define the dimensions it scores against.

Use this guide to create a Reviewer agent and configure it.

To create a Reviewer agent: 

1. Go to Settings.
2.  Select the Wingman icon. 
3. Click Create. 

4. Enter a Name, select the Reviewer type, and click Create.

5. Complete the Details fields.
   1. Name
   2. Description - An optional description of what the agent does.
   3. Enabled - Toggle to enable or disable the agent as desired.
   4. Instructions - Optional LLM prompt instructions that apply to the agent as a whole.

6. Select Filters to scope the agent to specific interactions. Click Add Condition. Choose a condition and set its value. Repeat to add more conditions as needed. 

7. Select Instructions to set dimensions. Dimensions are criteria the agent scores against. Each dimension is scored and reasoned separately. Click Add Dimension. Click the Dimension line to expand and complete its details. Repeat to add more dimensions as needed. 

8. Click Save. The Reviewer agent now scores every interaction that matches the defined filters and dimensions and stores its reasoning with each score.
