To place a call to an external contact (i.e., a client or any other contact who isn't within your Spinoco team), you need to use the Spinoco shared address book.

You can search for existing contacts within the address book or create new ones.

You can find existing contacts in the address book based on various parameters. Typically, you can search based on standard information like contact name, phone number, or email.

Searching by name (in this case, Spinoco Sales Team) can look, for example, like the following:

Once you find the contact you're looking for, click the contact's name in the address book to open their communication card.

There are two ways you can dial the contact from the communication card.

1) To let Spinoco pick the best way to reach this contact, click the large green button with the phone receiver icon. This will most often dial the first phone number in the contact's information list. Still, if the contact has a Spinoco account associated with their email address, you will be connected to their Spinoco account).

2) Your second option is one where you can select a specific phone number on which to call the contact. This comes in especially handy when you need to choose among several phone numbers that the contact has. To select a number, click on the number to start dialing immediately.

As soon as you do step 1 or 2, you will immediately start dialing a call to the contact. Enjoy your call!
