Call Transfer Without Consultation

Find out how to transfer a phone call without consultation.

1) During an active call, click on the transfer button. 

2) In the displayed text area, start typing the name or phone number of the contact or user to whom you want to transfer the call. Select the given contact and the correct phone number in case they have several. Afterwards, press the "Transfer" button. The phone number or contact to which you want to transfer the call must be saved in the Spinoco application. Alternatively, you can transfer the phone call to another Spinoco user. 

 

3) The communication card will then display the status of the call transfer. In the case that the contact is unavailable or has rejected the incoming call, the call will be returned back to you. Alternatively, if the wait is too long, you can return the call to yourself manually using the "Cancel transfer" button. 

4) If the call transfer is successful, a confirmation will be displayed as follows:
