Reaching out to customers and external contacts is simple from the Spinoco desktop app—whether you're selecting someone from the address book or dialing a number manually. Use this guide to learn how to place a call to a client or external contact.

Place a call from the shared address book

1. In the Search field of the Address Book, enter the contact's name, phone number, or email address.
2. Click the contact's name in the results to open their communication card.
3. Click the call icon.

Place a call to a number not in your address book

1. In the Search field, enter the number you want to dial.
2. Click the call icon to dial immediately.

Return a missed call from your task list

1. In your task list, select the missed call you want to return.
2. Click Call.
3. When the call is finished the task automatically is closed.
