As your business changes, you may need to adjust how a Wingman agent works — refining its instructions, changing which interactions it runs on, or turning it off for a time.

Use this guide to edit or disable a Wingman agent on the desktop app.

Edit an agent

Editing an agent lets you update any part of its configuration.

1. Go to Settings. 
2. Select the Wingman icon. 
3. Select the agent you’d like to test and click Edit. 
4. Modify any of the configurable fields as desired. 
5. Click Save.

Disable an agent

Disabling an agent stops it from running without deleting it, so you can switch it back on whenever you need it.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select the Wingman icon. 
3. Select the agent you’d like to disable and click Edit. 
4. Under Details, toggle off Enabled. 
5. Click Save.
