The Items in Log tab shows a complete history of everything that has happened with a task. Use this guide to learn what information is available in the task log and how to access it.

To view the log, open a task and click the Items in Log tab. The log displays all actions taken on the task, sorted chronologically with the most recent action at the top.

For each entry, you can see the time the change occurred. The log includes details such as:

• Who created the task
• Which team members the task was assigned to over time
• Which skills were assigned to the task
• Which customers participated in the task

Note: The number of entries in the log depends on how long the task has been open and how much activity has occurred.
