Task comments let you communicate with your colleagues about a task without the customer seeing your messages. Use this guide to learn how to add comments and attachments to a task.
- Open the task you want to comment on.
- Click the Comments bar.
- Enter your comment in the text area.
- Click Add Comment.
- (Optional) To include a file, click Add Attachment below the text area before submitting your comment.

Note: The Comments bar is available on all open tasks. For closed tasks, it is only available if comments were added while the task was open.
If a team member adds a comment to a task you are following, or replies to one of your comments, you will receive a notification in Spinoco.
