Authorize Messenger integration

Authorizing your Messenger integration is quick and straightforward—giving you seamless access to manage your company’s Facebook inboxes through the Spinoco Messenger application.

Use this guide to learn how to authorize your Messenger integration as an administrator.

  1. Click Settings.
  2. Select the mobile icon.
  3. Click the plus icon.
  4. Choose Messenger Integration.


  5. Click Authorize to access your Facebook page(s) via the Spinoco Messenger application.
  6. Sign in to your Facebook profile.

    Note: You must sign in with an account that has permission to manage your company’s Facebook page and business portfolio.

  7. Select the business portfolio you’d like to connect to the Spinoco application and click Continue.
  8. Choose the page(s) you’d like the Spinoco application to access and click Continue.
  9. Review the requested access and click Save.
  10. A confirmation message appears, click Got it.


  11. Enter an applicable Label and click Save.
