Before you begin, please ensure your business page belongs to a Business Portfolio. To create a new Business Portfolio, you can follow the steps mentioned here. To add your page (for which you want to receive Messenger messages in Spinoco), you can just follow the tutorial here. 

In the Spinoco application, navigate to “Settings” and then to the gateways tab (second tab from the top on the left, identified by the mobile phone icon). 

Next, click the blue + button at the top right corner of the screen. In the opened dialog, select “Messenger Integration”. 

Hit the Authorize button, and follow the steps in the newly opened Facebook window, to authorize the integration.

First, log in with your Facebook account. If asked for 2 factor verification, fill in the requested information.

Confirm to “trust this device” when prompted. 

From the business portfolios you own, select the one to which your desired page is assigned and hit “Continue”.

Next, choose the page (or pages) to which Spinoco should have access, and hit continue.

Review the permissions Spinoco is requesting, and hit “Save” to finish creating the link between Facebook and Spinoco.

Back in Spinoco, give the new gateway a name and hit save. 

All the Messenger messages within your selected pages will now arrive to Spinoco.
