Manage your status

Your status appears at the top of the Home screen just below your name. To change your status, simply tap the drop-down arrow and select the status you’d like to change it to.

Available statuses:

  • Ready – Indicates that you are actively working and available to receive new calls, chats, emails, or any other assignments.
  • Busy – Used when taking a break. This status informs both the system and your team that you are temporarily unavailable to receive new calls, chats, or emails.
  • Offline – Indicates that you are fully signed out and will not receive any notifications for chats, calls, emails, or other tasks. This is ideal for weekends, holidays, or when you’re completely away. 

To log out, tap the drop-down arrow, select Offline, and tap Log out

Tip: Need to check to see if a team member is available? Tap Team to quickly see a team member’s status.
