Use email templates on the desktop app

Email templates help ensure consistent, professional communication across your team while reducing time spent writing common messages. Templates can be edited before sending, allowing you to tailor the content to the specific recipient or situation.

Use this guide to learn how to apply an email template when composing or replying to an email on the desktop app.

Note: The default email signature is automatically added to all outgoing emails. The signature is shared across the mailbox, with personal details such as the sender's name and role populated automatically.

  1. Start a new email conversation or open an existing email thread.
  2. Click the template button in the email compose window.
  3. Select the template you want to use from the list of available templates.
  4. Update any fields that require customization, such as the recipient's name or other relevant details.
  5. Click Send when you're ready to send the message.
