Configure Messenger integration

Configuring the Messenger integration as a service provider is simple—allowing you to tailor response times and settings as desired.

Use this guide to learn how to configure the Messenger integration as a service provider.

Note: To configure the Messenger integration as a service provider, the end-user admin must first authorize the integration.

  1. Click Settings.
  2. Select the mobile icon.
  3. Click the edit icon on the applicable Messenger integration.


  4. Next to the applicable page, click the edit icon.
  5. Modify the following configurations as desired.
    1. Incoming Work Time: The amount of time before the application marks an incoming message with no response as overdue.
    2. Outgoing Wait Time: The amount of time the task waits for a response from the customer before becoming overdue.
  6. When all desired changes are complete, click Save.
