Your status tells Spinoco and your team members whether you are available to receive tasks. Use this guide to learn how to manage your status on the desktop application.

  1. Locate the status button at the top of the screen. It displays your name, current status, and an activity timer, and is visible no matter where you are in Spinoco.
  2. Click the status button and select the status you want from the list.

Available statuses:

Note: Statuses are fully configurable by your team. You may have additional statuses available. Check with your team leader or administrator for guidance on which statuses to use.

  • Green (ready) — You are actively working and available to receive calls, chats, emails, and other assignments.

  • Orange (busy) — You are on a break and temporarily unavailable to receive new calls, chats, or emails.

  • Red (time limit exceeded) — Your break has exceeded the time limit set by your administrator. Change to a working status to continue receiving tasks.

  • Offline — You are fully signed out and will not receive any notifications or tasks. Use this status for weekends, holidays, or when you are completely away.

(Optional) Select a specific green status to control the type of work you receive. For example:

  • Email only — Receive email tasks only, without incoming calls.
  • Outgoing only — Place outgoing calls without receiving incoming ones.

Tip: To check a team member’s status, look at the left-hand panel on the communication screen. Team members are listed by availability — Available, Busy, and Unavailable.
