The Spinoco app is built for simplicity and ease of use, helping small businesses stay connected and organized. This guide provides an overview of the app’s main interface elements to help you get started quickly.

Home

Upon login, you’re on the home page where you see the following:

• User card - At the top is your user card, which includes your profile picture, username, and status. To learn more, see Manage your status.
• History - Displays a list of your most recent actions, with the latest activity at the top. Quickly revisit your most recent calls, tasks, or other actions from one convenient list.

Navigate easily using the bottom menu to access Contacts, Tasks, Team, and Groups. Explore each below to learn more about its features and functionality.

Contacts

Contacts in the Spinoco app gives you a quick view of everyone you’ve been in touch with, and they’re shared with your team for easy access. From any contact, you can start a call or message, check past conversations, and view notes. Use the search and filter tools to quickly find customers or teammates, see full interaction history, and connect instantly.

Tasks

Tasks keep everything running smoothly. When a customer reaches out, a task is automatically created and assigned to the right team member. You can reply within the app, add updates, and mark tasks as complete to stay organized. For more details, see Overview of task management.

Tasks provides full access to view and manage all tasks in one place, enabling seamless communication across multiple channels, including SMS, email, calls, and more. Assignments are based on relevant skills, ensuring you receive tasks suited to you. You can adjust the filter to sort by different criteria.

Team

Team allows you to view and connect with your co-workers. Use the search tool to quickly find a team member. Each entry displays a profile picture with a status icon, the colleague’s name, and quick action buttons to chat or call.

Groups

Groups allows you to connect and collaborate with multiple colleagues at once. Whether you need to coordinate a project, share updates, or discuss tasks, the group chat feature makes communication seamless. Easily create a group chat to keep your team aligned and informed.
