Monitoring provider and trunk statuses allows you to spot connectivity problems and keep communication running smoothly.
Use this guide to learn how you can monitor trunk and provider statuses as a service provider.
- Click Settings.
 - Select the phone settings icon.
 - Click Providers.
 - Status indicates the connectivity state of a user’s line.
 - Red: Indicates a technical issue or that the user is not logged in to the Spinoco/Digital Front Office application; the user cannot receive calls in a red status. Note: Go to Communication and locate the user to check their availability status within the application. If the user shows as active, but their status is red, this indicates a technical issue.
 - Green: No technical issues, and the user is logged in to the Spinoco/Digital Front Office application; the user can properly receive calls.
 - Click Log to view a basic overview of the user’s status history.
