Set up hardware and devices

Complete this stage before anything else if your team uses desk phones. Physical devices need to be provisioned and recognized by Spinoco before team members can log in and take calls.

Not all desk phones work with Spinoco. Check this list before purchasing or provisioning any hardware to avoid compatibility issues.
