There are many ways in which you can use hashtags in Spinoco. In their simplest form, they are a way to mark tasks with predefined options. 

The simplest way to use hashtags is to close tasks with one of the predefined hashtags. You can mark the result of the task, the next step for the task, or both. This information is then available in the statistical overview.

Hashtags can also be used to categorize tasks that are still open. This enables your team to have an excellent overview of the currently open tasks, their topics, and perhaps priorities, too. 

In some cases, you might require a more detailed and granular categorization of tasks. Hashtags can be used for this purpose, too, allowing you to require filling in questionnaires before the completion of any task.  

The versatility of hashtags is vast. Crucially, they are entirely customizable to fit your team's and your company's exact needs. Changing them is very simple, too, allowing you to react flexibly to your business's changing needs.
